30 to 60 days from contract to first live event is standard. Stage 1 (Strategy) covers Avatar Lock, Stage Offer, and the Hook, and takes about one week. Stage 2 (Systems) covers Audience Engine, Show-Up System, and Stage Script, and takes three to four weeks.
